I bought a refurbished iphone mini12 less than a year ago and I had a lot of problems, including but not limited to:
- the headphones plug stopped working soon after purchase
- uber blocked my account for a while saying that my device had been flagged
- I agreed to substituting the battery with a new one, which after less than a year lasts less than half a day with moderate usage

What I most disliked was the customer support. I had to go through several rounds of AI which asked me for an overwhelming amount of supporting evidence(photos, videos, additional info..), to end up with a real human who ignored all of the previous conversation and just told me that the battery warranty was three months and I could replace it at my own expense.

Hello. I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro just before Christmas 2025. After two weeks, I started having problems charging the battery. Today, March 20, 2026, the phone stopped turning on. I contacted customer support and am waiting for advice on what to do. Even though the phone is under warranty, I'm worried I'll lose all my data from these three months. This is my first time buying a refurbished product, but also my last. Given this experience, I absolutely don't think it's worth it compared to a new product, and considering that sites like Certideal and similar are likely reselling phones with defects that others have gotten rid of. If I don't receive a refund or adequate assistance, I'll unfortunately have to report them.

I placed an order, but CERTIDEAL did not ship within the agreed time, so I cancelled it, and asked for refund

CERTIDEAL started to play a bad game on me, and wanted to give no reimburse, so I passed the case to the relevant authorities and after 4 months I was able to "win" the case and recover the money.

Never again.

I placed an order with for an iPhone 14 in excellent condition. When it arrived, the camera didn't work, and the flashlight didn't work. What tests does your quality control department do on phones? I'd say none. Outrageous (order nbr

I buy on internet since year 2000, problems? Some times, but a few.

Resolved? Yes always, apart from one time on Ali-express, if you know Ali you know what's going on... 8€ wasted.

So lets go back to Certideal:

Ordered an iphone 13 mini excellent conditions.
After a few days (I mean more than one week) I received a phone, color was matching and I had no time to check it so it remained in my bag for some time.
After a few days I finally had enough time and could do the swap, by the time I switched the unit on I realized it was a 12 mini instead of a 13, conditions were not excellent since it had a nice bump on one corner.
Thist already upsets me, I received a ton of emails on how good Certideal service is and then I find a bump on an "excellent" item that is a hundred € cheaper than what I payed for, but ok it can happen, at that time I was still convinced by the ton of e-mails I received on how good Certideal is.

I contacted the customer service, with some patience (time passes) they told me to send it back and they will swap it.
Days passed, many days.

A second delivery arrived, I immediately checked and the device was the correct one, 13 mini version but it was not "excellent" but merely good, scratches on the frame and on the cameras.

Within 24 hours I contacted again the customer service that told me that the 21 days of coverage were gone and no refund was possible, they count the coverage since the first delivery of a random device.

After some emails I only managed to get a partial refund (30€) that was merely the difference between an "excellent" grade and a "good" grade.

Should I have used Paypal protection? maybe.

Anyhow, before buying from Certideal, think about it.

Excellent product, exactly as presented in the web page. 10% discount also and good shipping.

hands down best site at the moment for cheapest quality phones, blows other sites out of the water with the prizes, new battery aswell for 30 euros extra and still prize was super low compared to other sites, either way order in the beginning of the week because otherwise it might take a week to arrive 👍

Bought a phone in January 2024, it arrived after 5 days. At the beginning seems like it works perfectly, apart some scratches on the cover & front glass. After some weeks of use the screen began to flickering, showing a white square on the bottom that got worse in the days, until it was completely unusable.

Contacted the support after 3 weeks, and it was a complete nightmare. They reply after 1/2 business days to each email, and to reorganize the shipping back to France it took another 2 weeks without an usable phone. When they received it they just basically told me it is my fault for the malfunctioning screen. The hilarious thing is that their "technicians" just basically sent me an image of the screen flickering and just basically told me I damaged it (not how, not what, just... it was my fault) and they offered me a repair for 300$.

The only 5 star service is the paypal support that, after months, refund me the 100% of the phone value.

Scammers, NEVER AGAIN!!

PS: In case you have any problem (as proved to paypal and as you can see in the reviews, they do that very frequently) you can ship back their phone and contact immediately paypal afterwards. It will take months but at least you don't lose your money!
