Change your delivery company guys. Fedex is absolute trash, getting the package was a pain in the ass. But appart from that, your website is great and the iphone was cheaper than anywhere else.

As a non-European who is trying to establish a home in Italy, the consesus advice from others who have preceded me was that having a cell phone number and cell service associated with my new home country seemed to be an important step. And having a separate instrument from my current cell phone, so that I lessened the risk of anything messing up my connection to all my contacts and financial connections back in my previous country, also seemed prudent, so I was likely not going to be able to go back to that country for a few years. But buying a phone to obtain this cell service proved to be a little harder than expected. Smarterstore had a good price for the phone I needed, but initially wouldn't allow me to buy it because it wouldn't (couldn't?) acknowledge my method of payment, since it was via credit cards with billing addresses (back in my old country), which were different than my new address in Italy. Eventually, I managed to tie some association between a credit card and my Italian address, and they allowed me to purchase the phone. I consider this hiccup in the buying process to be on me and my unique situation, since a similar thing (but with no resolution) happened at another online phone purchase site (which happened to have a better price by over E$100, but didn't do me any good if I not allowed to buy it).
The mark down (which if I could, would only be minus 0.5 stars) was in the delivery. I paid extra for a priority delivery, and was told it would arrive on a particular date which was a Saturday. I followed the delivery tracking of the package, and it was in line to be delivered 2 days early, so I waited around for the package that was listed as being out for delivery. Then, late in the afternoon on that day it was apparently out on the truck, it was suddenly listed as receiving a request to delay the delivery. I don't know who initiated that, but it wasn't me. Although it was a waste of an afternoon, I didn't consider that to be a problem. And since the next day was a holiday (Worker's Day), I figured they likely wouldn't deliver it then either, and that was correct (although I did check the tracking, just in case). So I waited on Saturday, which was the day it was originally promised for delivery, but no such luck, and there was no update on the tracking of the package. On Monday, I had an appointment that was 2 hours away, and of course, that was when the delivery was made. However, the delivery person didn't even bother to take it to my house (and he had my address), but instead, was just going to leave it at the Commune's government building in it's central courtyard. He did call me to tell me this, but since I unfortunately don't speak Italian yet, I couldn't understand what his intention was. Luckily, a shop owner located right next to the Commune office was walking into her shop, and the delivery driver asked her if she would accept the package, and GIVE ME A CALL. Resourceful, yes, but the fact that I had to rely on this roundabout way of getting the package wasn't confidence inspiring. I would have thought a) he would have tried to deliver it to my house, and left it there, where other deliveries have been left given the isolation of my house from casual observation/porch pirates, or b) not left it up to fate at a public place, and contact me via text or email (which they had both contacts), to give me an option of delivery or else live written direction as to how they were going to handle the delivery.
