Purchased some fabulous Men’s Parfum at a great discount price, plus I received a beautiful cosmetics bag by Geurlain as a Free Gift.
Everything would have been perfect, had it not been that LF used Evri as the delivery service.
And yes, typical of Evri, they delivered it to the wrong address!! They obviously employ some employees that cannot read. Hence 4*’s and not 5*’s.

Delivery was fine, however I was not given enough time to answer the door to accept the parcel. It was just left on the doorstep.

When I unpacked the 2 door bows I had ordered, both of them were incomplete, they were both missing the long tails of the bows.
Not impressed!

My order arrived quickly and was nicely packaged. The actual ordering was made very easy.
The teabags are of a high quality and they are packaged in a re sealable airtight bag.
The company has made it easy to contact them if you have any issues, and the after sales service is really good too.

Great choice of products. Delivery of ordered items is usually pretty quick. However a lot of the products are rather expensive and the postage is expensive too!
Most of the products are of a high quality/standard, although I have purchased several Solar garden ornaments and none of them have lasted beyond a month to six weeks.
Everything else I have bought, from kitchen equipment to clothing to jewellery have all been fabulous. !

Beautiful card, with wording exactly as requested.
Issue was that it didn’t arrive on time….the date given was the 23rd but it didn’t arrive until the next day.
In reality, it was mainly due to my fault for leaving it late to order the card, and also the post is not as reliable as it used to be, even though I spent extra for the expediated delivery.

Great bargains to be had. Swift-ish delivery, but you do have to pay for this and for Returns hence only 4 Stars.

I found this a very easy and pleasant experience as a first timer on this site. There was a surprising amount of choice of hampers for all different sorts of occasions. Prices were as expected for this type of service. Several different payment options. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because I wasn’t informed of when the hamper had actually been delivered, up until that point I had been kept informed about the packing of it in preparation of sending it out etc.
Obviously as it was a gift I did not actually see the hamper but the recipient was very pleased with it and said it was fabulous.

On Buy is great when you’re looking for almost anything. It is worth checking through the prices though as they do vary for the same item/s from different sellers on the site, and some things work out really expensive, so don’t just assume that because it’s an online site it’s going to be cheaper for everything.
However, it’s great that they have such a huge selection and I think they are part of Amazon group. Most things I have purchased from this site has been without issue, having said that 2 orders recently have not been so straight forward but On Buy has passed my messages straight on to the Sellers.

Parcel arrived in good condition and within the time frame given.
However the delivery person did not attempt to ring the doorbell and just left the parcel in the parcel box, which is only supposed to be used if we are out!
Hence only 4 stars.

As always I love shopping with Look Fantastic. There is such a wide and varied choice of products from toiletries, cosmetics, skin care to perfumes and everything in between and much much more!
Prices are good, delivery is dependent on the delivery company. Unfortunately they do use Evri who can be less than reliable. Overall Look Fantastic are fantastic.

Some of the items in the beauty box were not of use to me, but I guess that is the gamble you take with the subscription boxes.

Does sell nice things but is a bit pricey and postage costs are high.
However, dispatch is pretty quick, and other than if they are using Evri parcels arrive pretty quickly. Always well packaged and I’ve only had to return a broken object once and I was refunded immediately. Great communication regarding parcels.
