Customer service is non existent. Delivery notice was a lie - stated nobody home when tried to deliver to doorstep but we have a ring doorbell and were in. Rubbish delivery service

We bought a fridge from Amazon Prime as we wanted quick delivery - Cookology 93L Freestanding Under Counter Fridge with Chiller Box - Adjustable Temperature Control & Legs - White - but it arrived damaged with a dent and broken door hinge cover. Contacted Amazon who will contact seller. Having now looked at the reviews for this item, it seems the seller is frequently selling damaged items as new. Box it came in was fine. Awaiting a discount as want to keep the fridge

Very expensive postage for a tee shirt - £7 but thought it will probably arrive quickly. But not the case as they use EVRI which are rubbish, as is their tracking. My parcel hasn't moved for 3 days!
Probably won't use again due to postage fees and them using Evri

I like that I can pay my kids pocket money but not that I'm charged for doing so

Great choice of cards and gifts, thhough a bit pricey for the gifts. Perfect for adding photos on cards to personalise them and easy to do. Love Moonpig cards as they post as well

The Customer Services lady, Shannon, was brilliant. I'd made an error with my order and contacted customer services straight away. Shannon replied very promptly and had sorted the issue with no fuss or stress. If only all companies had a 'Shannon' in their customer services.

Used Tesco online to buy my husbands birthday present. When it arrived, my husband was in and took the order which was a stereo system. It was not packed in a plain plastic wrapper or brown box - it was delivered in the stereo box for all to see, including my husband. No surprises for his birthday! Tried emailing Tesco but it seems impossible! Won't but anything other than groceries from Tesco in future. Disappointing contact by email is not possible
