Prints not size advertised!!!
Had issues last year with photos being cut short at 5.75 inches not the advertise 6x4 but thought I would give them another go. Alas, the issues are not resolved. Another set of completely useless photos as they won’t fit in the 6x4 frame because they are too short again.
Contacted customer services offered a reprint but given that last time this was offered and they were then reprinted short again, I just asked for a refund.
There were several reasons offered/helpful tips advised on how I could avoid having short photos! Here’s a thought - cut them at 6 inches as advertised!!!! The 5 x 7 additional I ordered was also 6.75 inches too! Utter joke.

I paid extra for premium delivery and…
I paid extra for premium delivery and when it didn’t arrive within the promised time frame(10th-11th) I was denied a refund unless it didn’t arrive until the 13th even though this was not displayed at checkout. When the photos also hadn’t arrived until the 14th I still had to push for my refund, which was even still only a refund of premium, even though the prints didn’t even arrive until after standard promised. Regardless of this, the prints are nice!
