I still have not received my photo order. The photos were meant to be a gift, and due to this delay I will no longer be able to give it on time.
On top of that, I have not received any communication from you regarding the status of my order: no shipping update, no delay notice, nothing. This is a terrible service.
I insist, as of today, my order has still not arrived.

My wedding photos never arrived
My wedding photos never arrived, but on contact with customer servivces/support, they were courteous and straight away arranged a reprint. My photos arrived and were fabulous and I am now putting them in our wedding album to enjoy for years to come.

Absolutely outstanding. FreePrints Spain has become my favourite way to turn my memories into real photos.
I’ve placed several orders and the experience has been flawless every single time. The print quality is excellent — vibrant colours, sharp details, and a finish that honestly beats many traditional photo shops. Everything arrives quickly, well-packaged, and in perfect condition.
