To downlaod the images of your film all you need to do is select the images and click on the download button on the top right.
The interface from a mobile device may be limited and you may not see all the options so it is best to log in from a laptop or a desktop.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any more issues.
As a small business we try very hard to offer the best experience. Occasional technical difficulties may prevent you from such and in yhe first instance we would urge you to reach out to us in case we can help. Hopefully your query is resolved and if so, plese consider revising your review.

Wonderful service

Don’t use upload via web / go in store
I got some photos printed. I used the upload via my mobile and pick up in store. Despite selecting upload at full resolution (iPhone 16 pro) Unfortunately the pictures have all come out quite blurry and dark, compared to prints I’ve made uploading via the kiosks in store. Quite disappointed as I would’ve uploaded in store if I’d known
Having said that- the experience in store was good. Prints were ready for pickup on time

Hanif is great
Hanif is great. I wanted 500 fliers that were double sided A5. He managed all my expectations. He is creative and understanding. Once the artwork was done the delivery of the leaflets was very fast.
