I had used Canadian Affair for my only previous visit to Canada in 2005, and they did a bespoke itinerary for me then that was quite complex but worked beautifully. I wanted to plan a further trip for 4 of us taking in the Rocky Mountaineer and an Alaskan Cruise. I completed the online query form and received a comprehensive itinerary within 36 hours that “ticked all my boxes”. Questions were answered very promptly by Kasey and within a week everything was agreed and booking completed. I am quite sure that any further questions I have between and June next year will be answered quickly too. I have every confidence that I am in the hands of professionals and have no hesitation in recommending Canadian Affair to others.

Hozah is my favourite parking App. Once you have set up your account, your car is recognised by ANPR on entering and leaving the car park, and your debit card is automatically charged a few days later. No more worrying about mobile coverage or queuing at some complicated machine. I wish all car parks were run by Hozah!

Great communication from first enquiry through to feedback. Saw most of the top sights in Sicily, led by a guide with extensive knowledge of the history, architecture, and decoration of the buildings. Stayed in comfortable and hospitable 4* hotels, all of which provided buffet breakfasts with huge choice. Highly recommended.

Excellent very comprehensive website - easy to use. Ordered a log store at a very good price. Delivered when expected. Very clear assembly instructions - possible to construct it on your own but much easier with two. Finished store looks great. Only minor criticism is that cut edges of roof are untreated. Otherwise really good buy, and I would definitely use Rutland again.

When booking Skyline (West) previously I did not have to specify a block or row. Booking Skyline East I have to specify a block but there is no picture I can see to show where each block is. Also I had to choose a row but have no idea which seats I will have (if they are specified). The front row and back row are more expensive than the middle rows. Tickets for the rest of the stadium are £15 without extra payment for different rows. I am already paying a hefty premium without an extra £5 for a different row. Previously e-tickets were sent 2 weeks before, now it is 2-4 days before. Not an improvement - disappointing.

Chose this company because of many excellent reviews, and haven’t been disappointed. Wide range of tickets available. As I was paying for 7 14 day Disney/Universal tickets, instalment plan was welcome. Bought Space Centre tickets later with a good offer. Universal tickets didn’t download immediately as expected on final payment, but a phone call to a lovely girl quickly sorted the problem out. Pleasure to talk to someone so cheerful and helpful.

My old bird table was falling apart so I spent a considerable amount of time looking on line (locally and further afield) for a replacement. It was delivered in 2 days in 3 pieces that were quickly and easily joined together. It looks attractive and appears robust and stable. The birds have taken to it straightaway (unfortunately so has the squirrel). It is easy to clean. Delighted with my purchase and service. Home and Roost strongly recommended.
