I have been with Kroo for 3 years and I mostly use the account for everyday transaction. Easy to use app. Over the last 3months noted that logging into the app takes longer than usual, everything else works fine on my phone. The 4 star is because they are so rigid about even a one pence overdraft. Luckily I have another another card on my phone which I use. I think Kroo is now so popular they can't keep up. I try to keep my deposits and payments small. However I fully recommend them and have introduced members of my family to the app

Just joined Kroo as they offered a good rate. The card arrived really quickly and when I had a small problem adding the card on PayPal they sorted it in less than 24 hours.

I found dealing with this company so easy. Their website is simple to use, and I found the product I wanted and had a choice of delivery dates. I also got a text message letting me know that the driver will text me an hour before arriving. Can't fault them.

I don't like banks and have a natural inclination to distrust and regard them as a necessary evil. But I must say Starling has dented that inclination. The app is easy, the customer service is excellent, they speak normal English and don't try and befuddle you. Go for it I say, in spite of the CEO's name which is Boden - another eccentric disinclination of mine - I don't like the middle classness of the company Boden!!.
