The Show Doctor were able to quickly identify a worn internal shower diverter value, from the photos supplied. Added to that, they had the part in stock and were able to deliver on a next day service. They were very helpful throughout.

great service, ordered the part one day got it the next, only thing i would complain about is that i sent photos of the part to be identified and they still haven't got back to me, but i found it on their site so they still get 5 stars, will definitely use again.

Good customer service
Ordered an Aqualisa Quartz replacement engine, which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it was faulty, however after brief communication, another unit was sent out on next day delivery. While Aqualisa’s quality is questionable, Shower Doctor did their best to sort it out.

New pressure relief valve
Order was processed quickly and sent out only issue I had was that was unable to track the package or get an email update to see if it was out for delivery however this is most probably my fault, anyway arrived and was correct, after fighting my way through the horde of the undead to make to the shower room I was confronted by a giant purple tarantula!!! Not knowing a bible verse needed to undo the curse I simply used a rock to throw and knockout said arachnid and thusly and vigorously changed the valve and tested all
