I went on their platform and got access for $0.99 and that was IT. A week later I get debited for $70! That is THEFT! Do not go anywhere near this company. Update: Some weeks later I got an email saying the debited amounts would be returned, and they were in fact credited. Perhaps this company does have a conscience, but be very careful in your dealings with them and make sure you know exactly what is going on.

Absolute scam and only out to get your money. Purchased a 7-day trial, then a month later got charged an enormous amount for a sub subscription hidden at the bottom of an email in the terms and conditions. The product worked, but the costs were not agreed on.

The seat reservation payments are far more complicated than they should be. We booked tickets but couldn't reserve seats, went to the station to do this and were told we had to pay full price fare because the Eurail pass tickets had been used up. The staff at the station could not care less. Cost us another €109 each after she told us the train was about full and next available tickets were 2 days later. So we paid and got on board and there were multiple open seats.

Absolutely no customer service. Hounding me by text and email for payment a MONTH before anything was due. Disgusting

Got offered the opportunity to upgrade from iQ3 to the latest box, and guess what?? Free to air channels can now only be viewed by logging into the apps, and free to air programs can no longer be recorded if they are showing when you are asleep or at work, and if they are not streamed by the app, you will miss them. How strange that service delivery is reduced but my monthly premium is unchanged. So I am paying the same, for less service. Way to go, Foxtel, what a rort.

Shocking service. Firstly, you can only pay with Mastercard/Maestro cards, Visa is NOT accepted, and secondly, some of the stores will not even take cash. This is not good service to tourists who may not know this. Shop elsewhere rather, where cash or your Visa card is welcome.

I ordered this book some time ago, prior to the official publication date, and received it promptly after the date - what more can one ask? I sent an email enquiry at some stage which was answered quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use Wordery again.
