Shocking first experience with this company. Bought as a present for my mother, I was highly disappointed when checking the item that the stitching was already falling appart.
Not giving 1 star as they did say they could exchange or refund but unfortunately ive not enough time to wait 3-5 days for a refund and a reorder.
For the price this company charges, anyone would expect better. Be advised.

Soft and cosy
Got the fleece puffer jacket as was on sale. Ordered the wrong size and returning to get another size was so so easy. Was no effort at all and staff so helpful.
Love how cosy it is just like wearing a blanket.

I have made a few purchases over the years from Oodie and never been disappointed. From cooling trousers and giant T-shirt nighties to cuffed fleece trousers and the oodie itself for myself and family members. Some full price and some sale price. Always quick delivery too and never have had damaged goods. Will continue to buy from them in the future.

Fantastic jammies!! I like sleepwear that you can move in, it has to be loose......these tick all the boxes! The material is cool on your skin and the colours are bright and happy. So glad I found these oversized t-shirts!! Love them.......

I bought three nightshirts and they are fabulous. They are soft and so comfortable. The only criticism I would have is that at the full price they are very expensive. Luckily I was able to purchase at a discount.

Received my first oodie sleep teeand it's super comfortable! Its the best night's sleep I've had for ages because it's so roomy and soft. As a neurodivergent person, it is perfect for me and I really think you should market them to neurodivergent people too!

Too Short
I purchased a cooling sleep tee. Opening the package I found a tee that was badly folded, poorly tied with a very creased ribbon. It looked like a return that had been hurriedly stuck in another bag and sent back out. Was not impressed. Previous items had been very well presented. However, the material is nice on the skin and it is comfortable. I orderered a s/m size as I am 5'51/2" and size 10. It is too short for my liking, a good 3" above my knee. I cannot comfortably bend over or easily sit with my legs tucked up without being aware of not showing anything to those around. I had also previously ordered some cuffed joggers for my son which he says keep him really cosy. I then ordered him 2 sherpa jumpers to go with them but he says they are not long enough in the body. When he reaches forward to do anything he gets a cold back. As they were a gift it was too late to return them. Disappointed with both items.

Lovely product but not for me
Love the design and the fabric is lovely. I don’t actually use these to sleep in but for wearing around the house and I found them too short so gave them to my daughter. Could do with being about 8 -10 inches longer.

Awesome Oodies
I love my Oodies ,I have a older one like 3 years old with Yoda on it.So good to use in the house. Our winters are horrendous with rain n snow 4 degree days n -6 nights some weeks.I also just bought a dressing gown which I wear everyday. Breakfast and after dinner at night.
My arms were painful from the cold now pain is gone,because the Oodies are so warm n soft.Thankyou for a awesome product.
