It took awhile to get my order. Granted I live in Hawaii but it had said “on its way” for about a week and then I got another message saying it finally shipped.

What a lovely brand! Every item is designed with care for the customers. The materials are very high quality and hold up to the hype. There is endless textures, sizes, and most importantly colors! Vibrant and just like the pictures; I’ve never been disappointed from all my purchase from Comfrt before!!

Always such a good experience ordering with comfrt! Quality is fantastic, ordering is easy, shipping is super quick.

I love comfort, and for the days i’m exhausted or alone and need a warm snuggle, i love having my dreamer blanket and any one of their sweet sweat-sets. My favorite time to buy is during a sale because I can rack up on a couple different items or try new things. But no matter what, everything I have tried so far I love! And I’ve naturally convince all my friends and family they need comfort too, because I can’t stop talking about how much i love Comfrt!!

I absolutely LOVE my Dreamer blanket! It’s great quality, aesthetically pleasing, and incredibly comfy🥰 The shipping and delivery were very quick! And I’ve had the absolute best experience with the customer service team🧡✨ Definitely recommend!

I love my Comfrt items! I bought 2 hoodies, sweatpants, weighted blanket, and a doggie sweater. They’re all great and very comfortable. I especially love my weighted blanket because it’s a good weight and it’s breathable so it doesn’t get too hot. Highly recommend!

I ordered a blanket, a sweatshirt and sweatpants and all went well until I saw the latest tracking update that said "Return Initiated. Oversized/overweight item" and contact info for the shipper. This had me concerned and I emailed Comfrt with a screenshot of the tracking info. I got an email back saying they reached out to the shipper and my package was delayed due to issues on the shipping end, but that I would get a refund in the event that it had been lost and they would update me as they had info. That didn't sound like it matched the tracking comment so I emailed the shipper directly asking about my package and they responded saying "we regret to inform you that you're package is over-sized. We will either return or destroy the package, we recommend you reach out to the platform (Comfrt) directly"
So I emailed Comfrt again and attached a screenshot of the email from the shipping company with additional questions like "Why wouldn't you break up the items into different boxes??" and "Now 1 of the items I ordered is out of stock, so now what?"
Comfrt emailed back and apologized for my experience saying (this time) that the package had been "damaged en route" which is different than what they said before and again, not what the shipping company told me. They said they would refund me and offered me 20% off my next order, but only off 1 of my items that I already had a 15% discount on. So in total they offered me $6.45 off my next order. I responded to them again saying I didn't feel a simple refund and $6 off was sufficient especially when I had to pursue the truth and then they lied to me about it... TWICE. Its clearly their fault for overpacking a box or using a shipper who's weight limits were lower than their needs so I felt it was on THEM to make it right. After my last email to them telling them about this and asking to get a supervisor involved, I didn'thear ANYTHING back.
This was such an unpleasant experience, I won't be purchasing from them again. Yes their stuff might be nice, but for the price point I would expect a better customer service response for a mistake that was CLEARLY their fault and instead of getting lies and then ghosted.

Ordering was easy, I got my package quickly (within 7 days being in Canada), and the quality is out of this world. The hoodies are great and I’m a tall girly. Arms aren’t too short, cuffs are proper length, and lots of room. I’m usually a medium but ordered a large as I like a comfier, oversized fit. The pants are super warm and the oversized tee is perfect to wear to bed or around the house. Great material, quality and made well. 15/10 recommendation!! Order now!

I absolutely love my Comfort hoodie! The weighted feel is one of my favorite features. It gives me such a cozy, calming feeling and genuinely helps me feel more relaxed, especially after long days. The quality is amazing, and it’s become my go-to hoodie because it’s so soft and comfortable.

I also really appreciate how much this brand cares about mental health. It’s refreshing to see a company that goes beyond making great clothing and actively promotes mental wellness and meaningful conversations. You can tell they truly care about their customers. If you’re looking for a hoodie that’s incredibly comfortable, calming, and made by a brand with a purpose, I couldn’t recommend Comfort more. Definitely a 5-star purchase!

My first order got lost in transit. Contacted them and they refunded. Ordered again and they sent 4 hoodies instead of 2 hoodies and 2 sweatpants. Contacted them again and they refunded my sweatpants. It was a mess at first but I have to say their customer service was top notch!! They helped to try to locate my lost package and did everything they could to make it right!

I'm very disappointed with customer support. I received a hoodie that turned out to be too big; the color was different from what was shown in the photo, and the fabric quality wasn't the best.
I wanted to return the item, but they told me I’d have to pay for shipping. The cost of returning the item from Europe to the U.S. is about 40% of the item’s price. When my husband, a lawyer, wrote them a mail citing French law—stating that selling in Europe without offering a free 30-day return is illegal—they referred him to their legal department. Of course, the legal department isn’t responding. The hoodie is just sitting here. My money is gone...

Comfrt is such a good brand, knowing that i’m helping a good brand while getting a good and reliable product is amazing! The hoodies are so high quality and i truly love every purchase and will be making many more in the future!

We ordered a pet sweatshirt for our corgi and absolutely love it! Nice quality and true to size fit. Just in time for fall weather!

I bought the dreamer blanket and obsessed is an understatement. We got the medium and it’s perfect for when I work and I can be comfy! Makes my day!

The color of this set alone sold me, then it arrived and it’s the most soft material. I worked my ass off in this set and no sweat marks and it’s so comfy!!!! Will definitely be ordering another color! I also got quite a few compliments on it! Order it! You won’t regret it!
