Avoid at all costs, claims to be UK based but everything is chinese based as are the sizes, large is the equivalent of size 8 in the UK
Getting a refund was a nightmare, initially refused to engage and then kept offering discounts and keep the goods rather than venturing full refund
When we finally got return details - which you have to pay the costs - is in China and about £20 in return costs, so settled for a partial refund and gave the goods to charity

Simple registration process but absolutely hate they hound you daily about upgrading your warranty to sign up to an insurance policy to extend the warranty , you get emails, post and messaging, all totally unnecessary
