Everything was great, from the price to the speedy delivery. I knocked one star off because the container was dented in two places (it's a gift) and the lid wasn't screwed on tight enough. Other than that, great job.

The delivery driver called half an hour before arrival to let us know when he would be with us. He arrived exactly when he said, then carried the somewhat heavy item up the drive and into the house on his own. Excellent service.

The website is easy to navigate and the item was dispatched quickly. That said, I haven't received it yet so I can't speak to the speed of delivery or the quality of the item. But I was asked to write a review before either of these things have happened.

Ordered an item. They sent the wrong thing. Twenty minutes on online chat trying to get it sorted. They asked for a photo. In the time it took me to go and take the photo the agent had closed the chat, so I had to start again from scratch. Got a return label from the second agent, so packaged it up and sent it off. That was over two weeks ago and still no sign of the item I originally ordered. No email updates. Nothing. They've asked me to submit a review twice, so here it is. It's hard to rate an item that I haven't received.

Bought this to replace our tatty front door mat (outdoors). Arrived quickly and was pleasantly surprised with how solid and heavy it is. Hopefully it will last a long time.
