Website is working good. I only have 1 issue with the size description of product. I ordered sketchers shoes. I was struggling find the length of that shoe. I clicked on size chart, instead of they gave that shoe description they showed all brands sizes but not with the exact length n width. So please on Website put exact length n width information of each shoes.

Ordering the items was straightforward and the parcel was delivered the next day. I’m not great with ordering on line so thank you for making it easy for me to complete the transaction.

We buy 6 items on website. We were delivered with only 2 items. 4 Adidas items were missing. Support answer me that the items were shipped.
The package size that i received wasnt open and size was small of the parcel cannot contant the 6 items.

Trainers I purchased at a fraction of shop prices. Good quality and lots to choose from. Attention to order was very quick and arrived in a few days.

I ordered Nike Air Max in brown, they changed the order to grey/blue.
Delivery took a week, on arrival the outer packaging was undamaged, the shoe box was ripped to pieces.
Returns cost £4.99. ???
Getting in touch is almost impossible.
I won't be shopping with Sports Direct again.
Take my advice, shop elsewhere.

I have order this trouser shirt for my husband and he really like it.

The service was exceptional with attention to detail. I believe the the assistant may have been a manageress at the Chelmer village branch.

The jammers I ordered were fine. The only thing I don't like about shopping online with this company is the amount that you pay for postage, especially paying £5 per item returned (you can't return to a shop). Other companies are much better on that front. However, thankfully I didn't need to return items this time and otherwise everything has been completely ok.

I love this shop. The excellent quality, the large variety, the unbeatable prices, there's always something that I like for me or for presents. Throughout the years, I have never had to send anything back, all the opposite, I always come back for more! Thank you so much, Sports direct! ❤️

Not the usual Evri delivery man as Thet delivered to the wrong house! A neighbour I cannot stand who put my items in the bin.

A very good company to purchase from with fair pricing, only downside is the £4,99 delivery charge even when you spend over £80 it should be FREE..

Great prices, great shipping times. I’m just disappointed with the returns, no other company charges to return and I feel £4.99 is a lot.

Website easy to use and good email updates

In Burnley special the store it’s perfect, 5 stars for the store himself but the manager and employee must do a customer’s training lesson as they have no idea how to be polite or how to be around when you need them, as customer you must search them in all store because they stay all time like in meetings and don’t care about customers, I reported this on past but seems this it’s the standard for this employee from Burnley store.Hopefully all this will be changing as example take a look at JD store from Burnley where employee are everywhere and ready to help you anytime.

My experience with the Sportsdirect
I like the variety of the selection. There's definitely something for everyone.
Dislike - delivery time (whole week waiting), no option for "store collection" (free of charge), no payment refund, just the credit instead. I do not know other store who does it!
