Ordered "Complete Drum Bag Pack by Gear4music" on Mon 22nd July and selected the delivery for Thurs 23rd July. It arrived on Wed 22nd with my great surprise. Great delivery service and accurate packaging. The Drum Bag Pack is exactly what I was looking for. This is not the first I have ordered from G4M and last time there were a few issues not depending from them but because of a massive demand for a specific product. Drums great, headphones faulty though
The drums seem fine now, but the headphones that came with them didn't work, and it took us ages to work out what the problem was. Now we have bought another set of headphones, everything is brilliant.

Excellent customer service
I recently ordered from gear4music a drum kit for my sons birthday. Everything from ordering to delivery was great, I couldnt believe it the item was delivered the next day! I realised I had made a mistake and rang the customer service number and spoke to a lovely girl (Sarah-Jayne) and another (Ninna) who delt with my issue and advised me of what to do. I re-ordered the correct drum set which they promptly dispatched and came just in time for his birthday. He was delighted with his new electric drums! I was so impressed that each time i contacted the customer service number i was able to speak to a person and not a machine which is very refreshing! I am beyond impressed with this company and definitely will be ordering from here again as will friends and family that I have spoken to! Thanks again!
