Luke is a fab person. Helpful and friendly, explained what he was doing, fixed me up in time for a work session and kept me informed of what was happening as he went along.

Andrew the engineer was great and fixed the issue on my landline. BT broadband service itself terrible as on a shared route, so drops out regularly due to what BT call 'too much traffic'!?!

NMN SUPPLEMENT
Various bouts of covid and bad reactions to vxns left me with no muscle power, heavy fatigue and blurry eyesight. I tried another brand of NMN which helped a little, telling me I was on the right track. British Supplements NMN is wow. 1) 14 minutes til I can speak to someone. That someone cannot take my payment. Another 12 minute wait to access payment person. Unable to so do so have to wait for call from payment person - we finally manage to connect 32 hours later by which time the glasses want are unavailable.
2) the arm on my previously purchased different pair of glasses snapped within 3 weeks of receiving them. I got a prepaid slip to send them back to the company for repair, which I did. I still haven't heard back about cost of repair or had my glasses back.
