Happy with the service. The supplement arrived on time

I unfortunately didn’t realise that I had signed up for more packs so wanted to return them and get a refund but regrettably this wasn’t possible

Customer service is terrible. I emailed several times to cancel my subscription and never got a response from them. Now they are sending out another order and changed my card without warning me this was coming. No contact info other a support email.

Very quick response even on the weekend. The answer was not exactly tailored to my question, but close enough for me to figure out
