Placed an order and was told that the address where i live is in a restricted area that their chosen courier could not deliver to. I was contacted to provide an alternative address which i complied with only to be told the same thing again. Both the addresses provided are normal residential streets that are accessible by every courier i have had dealings with. I demanded a refund and have not received anything. Extremely poor service, avoid at all costs !

Admittedly delivery was slow and tracking wasn’t good but it DID arrive , although skeptical I was desperate so started using the cream , first day mmmaybe not working 2nd day mmmaybe something in this cream 3 day/night I got my first night of sleep for months woke at midnight applied more and went back to sleep for 4 hrs fanbloody tastic ;-) just up and ordered 6 more tubs so VERY happy old man here with no burning or tingling in my feet thanks so much Brida relief you have won me .

After using Mira for 3 jars, I have just started my first jar of Brida. I massage it in to my feet to reposition/alleviate pain from a hammer toe and a developing bunion. The cream is lighter and more easily absorbed. I find the germolene-like smell less pleasant. Does it work? So far so good.

I as well dealt with an address glitch so had to catch the delivery guy when pkg arrived, Canada Post is awesome. I feel like my legs are going backwards in the sense I was using Mira and it was amazing switched to Brida because supposedley Mira was being copied. Since using Brida I feel like my legs are missing something and I'm back where I started. I'm being woke up with the numbness and tightness issue now where with Mira it was gone I slept so good, I will be switching back to Mira.

Pia has always been so helpful and responds so quickly to my questions. We had concerns about the changes from Mira to Brida but she explained very thoroughly why the changes had occurred as well as it being more effective with the added ingredients.

I loved it immediately. Got rid of the painful stabs and the pain in my toes. It also got rid of some tingling I've had for years in my thigh. I'm talking about Mira and although Brida is as good. I'm so sad that we have lost that lovely methol smell. Please please bring it back!!!!!

They automatically signed me up to one those repeat order scams without me requesting it. I then had the hassle of having to try to cancel it without involving my bank!
So this is not a company that you can trust their mission is not to stop pain their mission is to scam as many repeat orders as possible!

I unfortunately am not happy with the product. I used it twice a day until the jar was empty. I have not noticed any improvement. I still have the tingling in my feet and since using it have felt that the area under my toes has increased in size.

As I didn't expect to receive my order every 28 days, I connected the company. Pia immediately cancelled the order and now after a couple of days, my payment has been refunded.
