FANTASTIC SERVICE, TERRIBLE PRODUCT
Cartridges did not work, registered empty, as soon as put in printer. I LOST A JOB interview because was unable to print off handouts for a presentation. Exceptionally polite acceptance of this and original Canon cartridges sent within 24 hours, with a smile. Cartridgesave need to change their suppliers....
