Glasses both come really badly damaged, I have emailed with photos and heard nothing back. I rang and was told someone would ring me but still nothing. Report within 3 hours of been delivered.

Website is easy to navigate and very helpful. I needed a spare pair of distance glasses. I opted for a cheaper frame and just basic lenses. Once I chose my frames I just popped in my prescription and paid. Within a few days my glasses arrived and I'm very happy. Good communication throughout the process via email. I love the recycled glasses case too. I have used Glasses Direct before and will use them again.
