I got some samples, loved the look of their fencing and the colours , got my builder to order it and install
It looks amazing and quick to deliver

Bought a fridge for a coffee machine, it arrived in July put unfit for purpose as it had a EU plug fitted it was bought of their uk webpage and no mention it comes with an EU plug I was told to buy an adapter?
No! It voids the warranty
Any took some time to get it uplifted that was August and I’m still waiting for a refund?

Terrible service please save your money don’t buy from this company!

I bought their products last September at first i was happy but ive had three problems the last three weeks ago i had to reset their system for an issue with the battery and in doing so i could not reset the EV charger
i called Givenergy and its now 3 weeks ago and not heard a thing. As i could not charge the car i had to get an electrician in turns out it was a faulty RCD
i have today contacted consumers advice for their input in the matter
my installer as stopped installing their products because of BAD customer services

Custom fit , and very happy with my splash back would use again

Love their stuff have bought two power banks within a few weeks , one for camping, the other for my server (power back up)
Needed to speak with customer service and they where brilliant answer my questions and if they didn’t know they asked other members of their team and got back to you asap can’t fault them at all

This has to be the worst parcel company ever, the company I bought the parcel from will be told this morning … you never get a time slot till into the afternoon 13;00
Mines was for between 15;00-19;00
So mines arrived at 21;00 this is NOT the first time last parcel I got form this company was 21:45 ?

I jokingly said to driver I’ll be the last one then and he said no I’ve delivered up to 1;00 am I said you knock on peoples door no we leave it round the back????

Don’t get me wrong I love the machines especially the washers but the tumble dryers not so much I live on my own and the belt went on my dryer ? It’s used once in a blue moon so shouldn’t have just broke
The money I paid for it this shouldn’t happen I would be better getting a not so expensive one in future for the amount of times used
The guy that came to fix it was brilliant really nice lad that tried to sell a three year supply of washing machine cleaner?

I’m used to going to richer sounds till I found this company a couple of years ago and local to me, so easy to pop in.

My first purchase was for Polk speakers and because the Polk subwoofer was not in stock recommended the Rel subwoofer and boy that rocks the room

So when looking to upgrade my AV Amp Peter Tyson was my first port of call and again they where top notch on recommendation of a new AV Amp and even took my old amp as a trade in 👍

Then again this week purchased a music streamer it was with me next day

This is how every company should treat their customers so hats off to Peter Tyson

This is a shambles of a company , my parcel was sent out on the 17th November that I ordered off eBay. Yodel received it on the 18th and it took from then till the 24th to travel 1.5 hr journey to their depot in Carlisle (Sunday) you would expect it to be delivered the next day on the 25th but no it only arrived on the 26th
Their app is a shambles i only got told @ 13;00 that it was out for delivery so you cant plan anything
This is not the first time just an awful company

My PC stopped working and as I didn’t have time to source new parts I got Scan Computers to do my build for me. It was ordered on a Thursday night and was delivered to me the following Monday.
They built it to my spec minus the graphics card and operating system.
When it arrived all I needed to do was install my own card and of course my hard drive form my own PC
And that was it …… back up and running
I was kept upto date on the build and when to expect it
All was done in very good time,
Scan is usually my first port of call for all my PC goods
This is my first time with then building the pc for me and it certainly wont be the last
Big thank you to the scan build team

Visited the shop last week they were extremely helpfully and knowledgeable on all thing koi and pond
Well worth a visit … will certainly go back

Delivered nice and early by a very pleasant guy package came from usa in 3 Days

First time buying from this company, and wont be the last very healthy plants and a good size as well

The only fault i found with the company is not getting a time when the car had to be in for on the day (so you can make arrangements) apart from that the carlisle brand was extremely professional and friendly and the job was done in a couple of hours…. More than happy with the work carried out ….so well done carlisle branch

First of all ive not received the parcel ? So why ask for a review on here when i can comment on the product?
Yes Fitbakes were quick to send the order out as well as this trustpilot email ?
I placed order at weekend they sent out the parcel on Monday bearing in mind these are cakes and will not reach me until thursday as i received an email from royal mail telling me….
Why when i can buy your product from Amazon and get it next day that it takes three days by yourselves?

I cant fault Richer Sounds bought a pair of headphones from their York store a couple of days before my holiday found out they were faulty , allowed me to go in at 10am (they dont open till midday) to exchange as i had a few things to do
Nothing was any problem for them

Ronnie and Bailey arrived this morning to put a new screen on my tv. Both were very pleasant clean and tidy, and made sure I was happy before they left .

I can’t fault this company I have bought almost all my TVs , AV receivers and speakers from them …. I bought my first AV receiver from them 7 years ago and when I wanted to upgrade they could look back and were able to tell me what receiver was compatible with my speakers ….
