Used the box profile roofing sheets to…reroof my garage roof
Used the box profile roofing sheets to cover my garage roof , paid to have them full length so no joints, the job looks really neat and tidy and the product was easy to use. Really pleased I would use them again and recommend to anyone. The driver was very helpful as well.
All said a good experience.

Cladding good looking and easy to install
Cladco's products are good looking and easy to install, a builder had built for me using this and I wanted to add a section. So it was a small order and the 3m lengths too big for my car. Staff were all helpful at Cladco and let me cut the pieces to fit the car and I went home and fitted myself using the helpful online guides from Cladco. Suspect Sat morning is good for this kind of pickup, no HGVs working. Would use Cladco again with confidence

Excellent Customer Service Resolved Initial Product Issues
I recently purchased click cladding from Cladco. Although I encountered some problems with the initial cladding I received and had to return it, the customer service team was excellent. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire return process and resolved the issue without any hassle. Highly recommend them for their support!

Great business
We collected our order, and i was surprised how well organised the staff was. On arrival we reported to the reception. Once we was regestered as there to collect, we had to wait our turn for staff to bring the order to our vehicle, We had to wait about 10 minsutes, which was fine . Staff were all very helpful and apologetic for the wait.
The yard was very neat and tidy.

Boards split after 2 years. 10 year Guarantee not honoured. Blamed it on the fitting. ! Very disappointed Not just me on reading the reviews. ! Which makes me think the product is not fit for purpose 🤷♀️

Our Customer Support team investigated this matter and assessed the photographs provided. Based on the information available, the cracking appears to be related to the installation method, specifically insufficient expansion gaps at the end of the boards. As composite decking expands and contracts with changes in temperature, the correct spacing is an important part of the installation guidance and forms part of the warranty requirements.
While we appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for, the findings of the investigation indicate that the issue was not caused by a fault with the product itself.
