The lack of health knowledge by the nurse meant I had to refer back to the Dawn clinic. I would prefer the nurse from health net to be the only point of contact needed as I already have too many health staff to liaise with.

The paper information could be reduced considerably as it was very repetitive.
Most patients will have brain fog if referred for biologics so it is important to keep reading to the minimum and the 37 page booklet could be reduced to 5 pages

Also the extra mile that Marzena and the company go to help clients such as us who aren’t builders was very touching.
And they were extremely patient, kind and and never failed to return calls. The deliveries were very prompt and products arrived in excellent condition.
Marzena was a rock to me during our build and the gentleman who took calls was very lovely and as approachable as are all their staff. The staff are a credit to the the Insulation shop who are exceptional at service delivery. Thank you for an impeccable service.

We chose to go with a private company as we had experienced various inconsistent views by inspector during previous build where each visit was filled with anxiety / fear.

Storma are a dynamic company who have been a rock to us! The staff such as Lauren and Ian are highly skilled and knowledgeable staff who were always willing to help / suggest alternatives when supplies were limited or lead times over 10 months , or dried up due to covid, brexit and Ukrainian crisis.
The staff are very proactive and respond in a timely manner when remedial work was needed and completed. They worked in partnership with us to help us achieve our dream and resolve problems of supply during a crisis period.
The access we had to the inspectors made this project less daunting as we always had an expert to oversee the quality of work undertaken and that it was fit for purpose as it was assessed at each stage of completion by an inspector who was evidence based and in tune with current trends including renewables.
I’m indebted to Lauren and Ian who were my mentor ( Lauren during challenging times ) and kept us sane during a major development. Please note that we are not builders and Storma are impeccable company who deserve a beacon status and their work practices be a blue print for all building control inspectors.

There’s always technical support available so the service is functioning at its optimum level and you’re not waiting hours or days to get a solution.
