Experience was ok but add on costs are high with booking fees and transaction fee. Surprised tickets are going to be posted out rather than sent by email.

Having tried to book tickets for day fever chester several times online, were unable to process due to address not being accepted!!!! I have just checked my email and have received tickets x 2 which is fine. However, I really hope I dont end up with a surplus of tickets after all my attempts.

Event was cancelled. See Tickets was the official ticket partner yet they have kept their outrageous booking fees, after initially refusing to give a refund, contrary to UK consumer law.
Use at your own risk, other ticket sellers, who are not the official partners have given a full refund.
Always find an alternative to these cowboys. The world will be a better place when they shut down.

Difficult to get tickets
Difficult to get tickets. Both Apps say I have no orders. Checked on my lap top and I do! Ticket can’t be added to Apple Wallet so it’s screen shot or print. Complete faff switching between apps, trying to assign tickets and getting different results. Would absolutely not recommend you.

The worst company ever
The worst company ever. A concert I had tickets for was cancelled and they are refusing to refund people. I have emailed them several times and they don't respond. They shut down all their phone lines and blocked comments on all their social media. I will sue you.
This is no way to treat customers. What a scam. We won't stop telling the world until you do what's right.

Do not trust SeeTickets
My friend bought 4 tickets from Ticketmaster to a gig but the organiser decided to cancel, so TicketMaster gave her a full refund.
I bought 3 of the same tickets from SeeTickets but SeeTickets kept £24.70 and gave me back the balance.
They cited T&C's so they can keep the booking and transaction fee.
Never using them again and deleted thier app. Stick to ticketmaster or ANY other seller!

No full refund when they cancel
Kept booking fees on an event they cancelled.
I booked two tickets for a concert (total £155.20). The event was first rescheduled by several months, then cancelled outright with no replacement date. See Tickets refunded the face value but kept £17.20 in booking and transaction fees for an event that never took place and that I had no part in cancelling.
When I asked for a full refund, it was refused, citing their terms. I understand retaining fees on cancelled events is technically permitted in the industry, but I think it's poor practice: as a customer I paid for something I ultimately received no benefit from, through no fault of my own. Being rescheduled and then cancelled and still being left out of pocket on fees, is a frustrating experience.
I'd think twice about the fee structure before booking a higher-value ticket here again.

Event I was attending got cancelled by the organisers. SEE TICKETS firstly refused refund, then decided they were going to refund but only partly. I’m now out of pocket from an event that’s not happening.
Other ticket companies have given full refunds. Will NEVER book through this company again.

Stupid fees - couldnt cancel / get refund for bar italia show ay round house - don’t see why shoukd have to pay big fees if plans change - becoming as bad as ticketmaster and live nation - ticket companies you’re time charging us huge fees are coming to an end you scalpers can go eat a bag o d*icks more and more bands and promoters will use dice and other ticket services as we are sick of your charges
