Severely inflated ticket prices
It was my own fault for buying from
Stubhub thinking I was buying from the ticket distributor through an ad on social media. I later discovered that I paid almost twice the amount for tickets that were still available on the day of the concert, with much better options for far less. The tickets were transferred on time.

Maria T. helped solve my ticket issue in less than an hour. I ordered 3 tickets to the nfl game in Munich but only got 2 delivered to my email. She listened to my concern, apologized for the mistake, and followed up with an email on the next steps. Then called when it was resolved and made sure the 3rd ticket came through. Excellent customer service!

Barca v Villa ,No problems at all !
I Brought tickets for the recent football match between Barcelona v the Mighty Aston Villa , even though they were expensive and the booking fee was a quarter of the price I paid for the ticket I had no problems getting in and everything went smoothly even though I was told UK fans wouldn't get into the home end

Terrible experience after selling some tickets to an event I couldn't attend, It's now 34 days since the tickets sold and I have not received payment. Every email I send either goes unanswered or tell me to wait 5-8 working days. The AI chat bot is pointless as it has no power to take any action. Give me my money!

Wish I could give lower than 1 star. Totally a scam site. I bought tickets for NZ vs India cricket match and paid 424$'s for 2 tickets in a seat of our liking but when we checked the seats we were actually sold were the cheapest 69.50$'s each. Avoid this site. Thieving Scumbags!!!

The ticket was send quickly, the experience was great.
The atmosphere on-site was electric, and the fans were full of passion. The tickets were sent to my email before the match and could be added to my phone very conveniently. The entire purchasing process was simple and reassuring, and entry was smooth and easy.

Ticket was not valid for entry!
Firstly it took several hours for my access code to work. Finally it arrived but when I got to the stadium the ticket was invalid and I could not see the match. I have emailed Stub Hub several times but they do not respond!

Everything worked exactly like I expected
The tickets arrived electronically on the Friday before the game, just like they said. Tickets worked as intended. All smooth. I did find it weird that I could not find stubhub international in the app store though? That made me slightly nervous having never used them before, other than that, worked exactly as I would have expected. Thanks
