Tickets were reasonable. StubHub worked with MLB to send information about the park and what to expect. The app was very easy to use and the digital tickets worked perfectly. The views of the seats were perfect on the website.

I was informed 3 days before a World Cup match that the seller could not provide my ticket. I have been going back and forth between Stubhub and Afterpay trying to obtain my refund. Today I found out after being given numerous different answers that the original coupon was never reissued as a cash refund. I will never ever use these scammers again.

We had a great experience with Stub Hub! The tickets were all transferred with ease to my Intuit App. I was worried because I purchased the tickets 7 months in advance. No issues. We arrived at the event venue and scanned right in.

It was perfect! I loved it!! I’m so happy that I found stubhub! Definitely going to use it in the future!

Easy booking and ticket retrieval process. The service fee is a bit steep, but if it's your favourite artist and cannot be missed (once in a life-time event), then go for it! Save me a lot of money (time is money) as I don't have to wait for hours online to buy tickets during pre-sale.

Based on the advertised purchase I am rating it three stars, the notice of ticket delivery was not disclosed until after the purchase. In this case, it was a purchase for not yet released tickets for Ariana Grande. Knowing, from past experience, the level of difficulty and stress trying to get tickets when released by TM before selling out, I turned to Stub Hub to get tickets. Had good experiences with Stub Hub before but this time, as soon as I purchased them a notice came up that said tickets would be delivered by the show date. WHAT? This was a first for me and after reviewing complaint after complaint regarding the current Stub Hub policy for ‘same day tickets’. Well, after a few calls to customer service over the 8 month wait, two days before the show I spoke with John at Stub Hub, like the others he assured me not to worry they have a guarantee in place to make sure you get your tickets….uh huh. John did manage to put my mind at ease by telling me he would flag my order for priority and gave me a number to call day of the show if we were still waiting. Within hours, I received an email with the link to receive the tickets! So, to John ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for his role in this. To Stub Hub, receiving tickets the day of the show bears a huge amount of stress for those travelling and reserving hotel rooms that cannot be cancelled. Please figure out a way to avoid this, talk around the water cooler is not positive.

I received my pass on the day of the concert but they had said that was usually how it worked.It had me a bit nervous,but worked out fine

Game cancelled/rescheduled to a different time. Only solution StubHub suggests is to sell the tickets at %10 of face value. No changes or refunds
Another lie: they told me to sell this fee free, but still applying fees. Yes %10-20 of face value and still added fees

I bought the tickets 6 months ago did not realize I was going to have leg surgery 2 weeks ago I asked if I could upgrade my tickets to a handicap area I was told no. So with a broken leg I had to sit in the grass nobody asked how I was doing or even cared how bad the experience was first time ever at Tinley Park the only reason I would ever go back is if Metallica came. Don’t get me wrong some of the staff seemed liked they felt for me but there was still plenty of seats available it was just the wife and I. With how much you guys charge for tickets now a days I expected a lot more.

The first person that sold me the tickets tried to contact me personally and ask me for money. I contacted stubhub and they immediately excluded the person from the website and got me new tickets. I even resold two of them but when I tried listing other tickets I bought through Ticketmaster they put my listing down 4 times. When I asked why they said there was no reason and that I should just try again. This was frustrating because I could not sell them till the concert day and they couldn’t give me an answer to why my transferring wasn’t working and why my listing was being put down without any explanation, email, question or anything.

Entire process was quick and easy.

Platform is good buyt custoemr service and policies regarding event cancellations are very bad for the consumer. Buyer be aware of these as they hide behind their T&Cs.
I would avoid using Stubhub and just transact directly with the event organizers

I enjoyed the music selections. My seat gave me a great view from the balcony.
