Front Row seats ❤️

I love Tick Pick ❤️ not only did I last minute purchase but I also got an upgrade to FRONT ROW for the J. Cole concert in Atlanta. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Retrieving the tickets was complicated…

Retrieving the tickets was complicated but the show itself was spectacular. Great opening acts and Noah Kahan was outstanding. Parking and transportation to Wrigley Field is absolutely horrible!

Thanks to Tick Pick employee Renee!

Thanks to your employee Renee, she saved the day by getting us tickets sent. I purchased tickets around 615pm for a 730pm show. The tickets never arrived by email. We got on the phone and had the chance to speak to Renee, she was absolutely amazing. She came up with an incredible solution and sent us another set of tickets that were fantastic. With Renee’s service and how she saved the evening, we cannot be happier with the high level of service that TickPick delivers, including picking up the telephone, when we needed immediate assistance. Eventually, we were in our seats midway through the first song, but extremely happy. If I could give Renee a 10 star rating, I would. Please let her know we said thank you, as the show was fantastic, and even better thanks to her efforts.

Great ticket site, but clumsy ticket retrieval

Ticket options and pricing were top notch. Site easy to use until it comes time to retrieve the tickets. I felt like I had to jump through several hoops (apps) just to get to the ability to retrieve the tickets. That part was slightly annoying and would like to see a one stop shop from your site rather than passing through all these third party out sources. Having said that, if it gets me great value seats, I will tolerate rate it but wish for better.

Great ticket and it is legit

Great ticket and it is legit! I bought my ticket last minute for the Madison Beer concert at Madison Square Garden and it was delivered to me within about an hour. Great price!
