After trying and failing to get my weight under control, decided it's time to consider a GLP1. WW has a great program for that. It includes easy food tracking, daily workshops w/Q&A, and a Care Team f... See more

I really like the point system. It uses game psychology, discouraging eating high point foods by subtracting points, while it encourages exercise by adding points. The other bonus of the zero point... See more

I like that the food diary includes nutrition macros in addition to points. Zero point foods have nutrients, nice to see them tallied at the end of the day. I also really like all the workshops, an... See more

Like the WW experience for the most part. One wish would be getting rid of all the zero point foods. I believe everything has a value and thinking otherwise is detrimental to my success.

I had three weeks left on current contract but they refused to refill the Wegovy because I had less than thirty days on the contract……. they were rude and said I wouldn’t have time to get with the clinician but had no problem do so for three months….. nothing but a money grab

Feeling supported

Weight does not travel alone; there is an emotional partner on the journey. I feel supported in all areas of weight loss. The app is always at my fingertips, the online workshops are readily available, and the ability to connect with others provides another level of support.

Lack of studio meetings

Lack of studio meetings. Without driving 2.5 hours to weigh in, I cannot reach and maintain goal weight. I hate you closed the Wenatchee Washington studio! I am likely going to quit altogether.

Great Workshops!

The workshop is great! The app works well most of the time, also. This has been a good experience for me, and it is not “my first rodeo.”

Show up!

I love the meetings, it’s really helpful for the information received from the other members and our WW leader Kathy.
Tracking is key.

I called you WW and got a fake person

I called you WW and got a fake person, every time I asked a question, I never got a real answer, just a run around. I kept asking to talk to a live person, got nothing but another run around. Finally they gave me a person, named Oscar, which I never had any conversation with him. He said he would call me but he never did. I sat with my phone in my hands for over 30 minutes, no call. This is not the way to do business

I will NEVER deal with Weight Watchers again!!!

I inquired about possible GLP-1 pricing to see if I could get the medication I am on for less than what I am paying now. The program would not give me pricing for it unless I signed up for the med+ program. I thought I signed up for one month but when I tried to cancel and go back to my regular subscription plan I was told that I signed up for a year and wouldn’t be able to stop my subscription until August 2027 (only 2 weeks after signing up). After explaining that it was supposed to be one month not one year and even offered to pay full price for the full month, they still refused to let me out of the contract. I am currently disputing this with my bank and have closed my bank account. I am also speaking with my lawyer who happens to be a family member. It’s a shame since I have been a member for many years but now I will never deal with them again. FYI Weight Watchers GLP-1 was $450 more than the $450 I’m already paying for the medication without insurance (I am self paying already) and they wanted to charge $70 per month ($40 more than I was already paying) for weight watchers Med+ membership. Never again would I recommend Weight Watchers. Go to Nourish.com. They do everything Weight Watchers does and for free. They also take insurance so you can see a dietitian. The can also check your insurance to see if your insurance company covers GLP-1. You can also track all of your food.

Bring back more local meetings

Bring back more local meetings! We need products at the meeting to purchase and recipes. They just aren’t any fun or interesting anymore. The leader is not very good . So many has dropped out because of the leader.
