My situation I ask medvi to delay my…

My situation I ask medvi to delay my shipment because I was out of town. I use the chat service and everything was going fine until the the person in the chat stated that he will expedite my shipment. They mistakenly expedite the item instead of delaying it. I try to confirm that it should be delay not expedited. Anyways come to foud out I have a notification from FedEx that a package was arriving in two days. I was angry I ask for refund and cancel my subscription on same day being that I just lost over 400$ of product. They recommended neighbors friends or family or friends to secure it for me. At this point I don't want a refund. I just want them to do this to the next person They decline my This is the response "We understand the frustration you experienced with your last shipment, particularly with the medication being damaged after being left in the sun. We regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate the effort you made to explain your situation.

We do note that your account was cancelled on the same day you raised this concern, and at that time you were advised to arrange for a nearby contact to retrieve the package. Since your account is no longer active, we are unsure what resolution you would like us to pursue at this stage. Your guidance will help us determine the best way to support you moving forward.
