If I could give this company 0 stars I certainly would, that’s how horrible they treated me as a past client in good standing.
I was using them last year for a few months, they had all my current medication list. About 6 or 7 months after taking Semaglutide, they changed my medication to Tirzepatide, odd but I didn’t mind because I do well on both. Then, out of the blue some nurse tells me I need to provide them with a doctors note from my Dr stating I could be on glp-1 and this medication that they already knew about and that I’ve been taking for nearly 20years. I didn’t provide them with a note as I just stopped using the glp1. I gained weight back and decided to use Remedy Meds again because I like how quickly they ship their product. During the initial nurse visit they requested a dr’s note again from my dr. That’s it. A doctors note. Naturally they took 2 payments from my credit card instantly before I was able to get an appt with my doctor to get a note from him. I told my dr, he laughed and thought it was a little ridiculous as he’s never heard of a company requiring a dr’s note to take the medication I’m on with GLP1. He wrote it on his prescription pad and spelled it out that I could take both my medicine and the glp1. I submitted the note online to the documents page. Some “bot” from the Remedy Meds Support Team sent me an email and said it was not a suitable note! I was livid! Not only does Remedy Med tell you what kind of note they want from your doctor, they do not even have their own blank form that your doctor can fill out, it is a big puzzle that I suppose they want their clients to figure out on their own….but by goodness, Remedy Meds was able to waste 5 weeks of my life waiting to get this useless “doctors note” and steal $500 of my money from my credit card. When I wrote them back and cancelled my subscription I received NO email, no letter, NO comment on them stealing my money and wasting 5 weeks of my time making an appointment with my doctor to get this absurd doctors note. BUYER be AWARE when dealing with Remedy Meds, HORRIBLE communication, horrible customer service and basically thieves! Stole my money and sent me no products! I had to submit bank fraud with my credit card company because they did not even attempt to return the money they stole from me. If you use Remedy Meds, I hope you read this review! There are way better companies out there! My next review of Rememdy Meds will be to BBB, the American Medical Association and the Texas Medical Association. Haris Memon, CEO of Remedy Meds is running a crooked company!! You should be ashamed of stealing from people and your company should be dissolved due to malpractice.
The provider listened and was kind and was willing to work with me on a plan.
Customer service continues to be outstanding. All of the Medical providers have been helpful, professional and able to resolve my concerns and answer my questions. The only drawback to RemedyMeds in general is the exorbitant pricing. Easily twice as much as the rest of the competition.
My provider was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She also taught me a lot about my situation and how I can better care for myself. My best Remedy Meds appointment yet!!
I’ve done a lot a research on different compounding pharmacies and companies, remedy meds had the best reviews. I’ve lost 36 pounds with them over the last year and cannot recommend them enough. They are extremely professional and very prompt. They communicate well, whether it’s through scheduling with the provider or when delivery is to be made. Highly recommended!
When I did my re-order form I put a request in there several times on several pages and nobody seemed to have read them and that’s scary to me
Good initial setup. Had to alter (lower) dosing when laws changed on compounded Tirzepatide. I decided to order from Lilly-Direct for nearly the same price. I stopped ordering meds from Remedy but the charges continued for 6 months and these were unknowingly paid. When I complained they explained it was a membership fee whether I received meds or not!?!!? They would not refund my money. I lost close to $4000.
Make sure you formerly cancel when you decide to stop buying their meds. I believe this is deceptive and Lilly-Direct does not do this. Essentially same price to get the real thing without bogus additives from Lilly-Direct. I don’t think compounding pharmacies are worth the risk anymore.
My clinician appt was great very nice & professional. Answered my questions. Thank you!
I liked how responsive the company was when I first reached out. Then, I had my first consultation and my prescription wasn't ordered. I called again and got nurse practitioner Victoria who was really great. I have a much greater understanding of the titration and dosage process, AND my tirzepatide has been ordered!
Customer service was great during tech problems with call. Intake called me directly and was very responsive and informative on the process and plan.
My experience with this site has for the most part been great. I just don’t understand why I need to get bloodwork done when I uploaded my last blood work results ordered by my physician. So you could see everything was going fine. I’m assuming that you only require a yearly check. I have only been on the meds for a little over a year and you have 3 uploaded blood results. That should be enough for now. I’m starting to feel like a pin cushion between my primary physician , cardiologist, urologist and now you guys!

Refills are easy and scheduling and speaking to a provider is always helpful and productive.
I've always had a good experience with the deliveries. They have kept me updated on the status and Fed Ex has always delivered caefully.
