Excellent customer service + doctors
So far so good, they make it very very easy to schedule and have doctor appointments, and the shipping and overall process is fast and easy. The doctors are kind and helpful. Their prices are competitve with everything else like this out there, and I would definitely buy from them again. They are also excellent communicators, and send text and email followups and messages to ensure you don't miss your appointments.

Fast, efficient, informative, and transparent service—both online, with the AI assistant, and the nurse practitioner. I ran out of my prescription on Sunday, scheduled a same-day appointment, had a great session where all of my questions were answered, and purchased a 6 month prescription with the summer promotion, bringing the price for 5 mg of Tirzepatide to $100/month. Best deal out there for a great product and service.
