Disappointed
ĹReason for giving a 3 was return instruction was a replacement required size M (ring rtd was size N)however this was not done and a full refund given!

Friendly and helpful telephone operators
QVC is fantastic to deal with the telephone staff are always super helpful and friendly . The only negative thing why does a returns label takes 7/8 days to arrive . When orders can be with us in as quick as 3 days . I think that sides needs looking into !
