Ordering is very simple, easy and expedited quickly.

However your courier Evrie are a nightmare. Once again had to ring customer services as had received text to say my orders had been delivered. No knock on the door,no note to say where the parcels were. Had to go out in the dark to find them. They had written on one parcel that as the delivery was late they did not knock on the door! It would have been quicker to knock on the door than writing the message down on the parcel!

Wase off money got 3 all wont light up change batterie twice and on remote 3 time

Delivered on time, good value for money, havnt ordered in a while, but have made up for it recently . Great service from customer care, definitely am checking regularly for special value offers.

My experience with QVC has always been a positive and uplifting happy break.
In my opinion, QVC is the best shopping channel ever. You can buy what you want from their vast display of goods and you are learning about the different items on show, all the while, sitting comfortably on your settee.

I don't know what they are doing but it works and your parcel always comes when they say in will happy with company

The people that take the orders are always so friendly and patient snd helpful. Always delighted with my purchases. I can't remember the time I had to send anything back. Delivery service is good as well. I won't use any other shopping channel.

I normally receive my items in a timely manner. However, the Jewellery items are a different matter entirely!!- i ordered a ring on 19th Aug and I am still awaiting delivery on 6th Sept!!! - that is ridiculous. You changed from Evri to another company and each time i order a piece of jewellery since there is at least a 2 week delay. You clearly changed to save money but believe me when i say it affects customer service.

Love QVC shopping. Not very often am I disappointed. Good quality garments at reasonable prices.

bought a kitchen utensil, when it arrived it had scratches and marks on it I contacted QVC and they said NO PROBLEM we can exchange the item or give you a refund
I exchanged the item with out hesitation at no extra P+P to myself
The staff Friendly Helpfull Understanding and TRUE to their promise.... what more can anyone ask

Stars are for Evri delivery man. On time with a smile.Last 3 deliveries I've had parcels had been opened & re stuck with cellotape & a different tape used, splits in the actual wrapping, could see what was inside, scruffy messy package. Not impressed. I'm going to have a break ordering from qvc. Had to chase up. Pp. They stopped from 2 refunds. Annoying reasons they gave, although they were paid back to me .had 3 faulty items clothing one after another also. Another ,they never got 1 of my returns either. I had to send the post office return receipt to my expense. This year has been lots problems from qvc. Like never before . I have voiced my problems to customer services a few times. Everything now is more expensive not always value for money.

I recorded QVC Charlie bears 20years slot as I knew I would not be at home and next day tried to order an item that was not available I spoke to a lovely young man at customer service and he took all my details and tried to get me 5 easy pays which he couldn't but still done his best. I think I have got the item I ordered on waitlist fingers and toes crossed I will just have to wait and see. However my cake selection from the Original Cake Company arrived yesterday and I am delighted as always this is the subscribe and save and the 3rd of 4 deliveries at an excellent price. Thank-you so much all at QVC and the customer services too. You are all great !
