This company had the decency to telephone me yesterday to address the problem. Hopefully they will either remove this handbag from their listing or change the description from LEATHER to PLASTIC. They kindly offered me a £20.00 discount off my next purchase . The gentleman was very helpful.

Fabric?
I gave this score because I phoned to enquire about the fabric and was given the wrong information, I was also given the wrong information about returning the tops. However I must say the Customer Care department deserve 5 stars for their help in sorting refunds out for me. Not enough information is given by presenters regarding what fabric items are made of.

Fake Estée Lauder product
This may not be ideal worlds fault... But after ordering Estée Lauder night repair serum. The itself is a fake. Very disappointed.
It's worth noting that the item arrived quickly and has a pre paid return slip.
Although they take the cost of delivery o
ff your refund amount.
Hopefully ideal world will see this and double check the stock they are selling.
After the seller responding I had no email.
It's 100% counterfeit. We even took it to boots to compare.
