Electrician arrived on time, clearly explained what and how he would do, got to work, an hour later he was done, all working and fine.
the chargingbox from NRGI is a zaptec go, simple, small and sleek box, does what it needs to do.

Be persistent to find the right person in NRGI kundenservice
From the many different contacts we had with NRGI
"kundenservice", about an unjustly blocked "reduced el-afgifte", the only one who took our problem and question serious was Magnus. It was him who finally put his head in our case and gave an overview over the (very long) time frame and the promised financial compensation.
