One star is too much.

I bought tickets for myself and my pregnant wife to visit the Caves of Nerja. When I asked about return tickets, the lady at the kiosk told me that I would have to buy them there.

After visiting the caves, we went to board the bus for the return trip, but the driver refused to let us on because we didn’t have any cash. I asked whether it was possible to pay at the kiosk where the lady was, but he said no.

Fortunately, an elderly couple who had cash helped us pay for the tickets so we could get back.

It is unacceptable that passengers are not clearly informed in advance that cash is required for the return journey. Without the kindness of those strangers, my pregnant wife and I could have been left stranded.

I spoke with Maria on the phone without having any clue about the company, the programs, or the payments. My landlord just told me to call. Maria was incredibly patient with me, explained everything in great detail, and even suggested the best option for my situation. By the time we hung up, everything was perfectly clear in my mind.
I honestly wish everyone in customer service was like Maria.
