They advertised a 10% off, but when I was applying for it, the website was showing something went wrong and the discount was not given as promised/advertised. It was like a bart and switch strategy. Either the discount shouldn’t be advertised or they must give it then.

It is hard to tell the difference in the jeans. It would be nice to see a boot cut.

Products are always high quality and arrive just as described. I have never had any issues with the website or any deliveries.

I hope the tee shirt is as wonderful as advertised. I’m 75 years old and I love t-shirts…just hope it doesn’t grab on the wrong spots.

The return policy to horrible, not refund to your card, only a gift card you must spend with them. It took me 2 years after my first purchase to find Jeans I liked enough to actually use the gift card credit. The T-shtrt material is thin and cheap. If you return items, they make you pay a return fee. The denim Jeans are decent once you find a fit that works for you.

Your website is very difficult to navigate. You could have your sizes laid out better. They said I was ordering 30 x 32 and I didn’t know if the 30 was the inseam or the way so I just went 3232 hopefully that’ll work it says 30% discount but nothing happened and I get bombarded by emails from you guys in recent months and there was no discount. That was disappointing, but I did order one pair of pants we’ll see how it goes.

I'm a repeat customer of Mott & Bow and the buying experience is at the top. Easy to navigate, the Driggs tees hold up nicely (except when you drop food all over them like I regularly do, which precipitated the need to buy more) and the pricing on the bundles is spot on, at least more me.

The monthly membership of $40 was snuck in and in the fine print. Only after buying, I saw it. I did not want
It and now have to go to the trouble of cancelling it.

I am underwhelmed by the t-shirts. They have a great cut but they pilled immediately.

I would have liked to give you 5 star rating on your website and ease of navigation, but I can't since the discount will not be applied until the next order. I only purchased the 3 pack of women's t-shirts and with the addition of shipping & handling, these were a little more expensive than I had initially expected. I hope they live up to my expectations, as I have tried many, many t-shirts and wear them almost everyday. There are few brands that fit bustier women and hold up in the wash. I will let you know how they hold up after several washes.
