​I went into Go Outdoors having never used a camping stove before and honestly having no idea what I needed. Ollie was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to explain the different gas recommendations, walked me through the best options for my setup, and made sure I knew what extra bits I’d need to get started safely.

​In this day and age, it’s rare to find someone who is genuinely helpful, approachable, and willing to share their knowledge without rushing you out the door. People like Ollie are few and far between. Absolute credit to the store—thanks again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful with sizing for my son clothing to go towards his Ten Tors training.

Lovely experience to shop here. Not only a good variety of stock items but also very friendly and helpful staff. The young female assistant who helped me with finding suitable walking boots was excellent - she listened, with nothing being too much trouble and tailored her knowledge to what was required. Sorry I didn't ask her name at the time. The assistant at the check out, Meena, was also wonderful; being very friendly and efficient. Altogether a very happy shopping experience with much of it being down to the great staff that served me. 🙏🙏🙏

Dry robe arrived sooner than expected. Ordered 12/14!yrs Perfect fit, I am 5ft 1”” petite adult. Such excellent value for money and warm and waterproof

Suzanne got the level of help just right. Very helpful, showing me items that fitted what I was looking for (lightweight waterproof jacket). She described key features. I then faffed around for a long time, trying to decide whether to buy now or wait for Black Friday. She gave me space and wasn't pushy. I decided, in the end, to buy it then instead of making another journey there.

A big thank you to Alex who helped us set up the bike and bike stand for our soon to be 4 year olds birthday! Really great service and would definitely return and see Alex again for more bike assembling when we need our next bikes. ♥️🙏🏻🫶🏻

Found what we needed right away! All of the staff were lovely, especially Matt on the checkout. He was so incredibly lovely and helped us to sign up to become members and get £50 knocked off of the bill! Thankyou so much Matt, and the rest of the team! Our experience was lovely😊
