Really quick service and althoughthey couldnt fix it as the clutch had gone they were really efficient and friendly and took me and my car where needed. I have used the AA for years and you het what you pay for. Very happy and highly recommend

The tire was flat because I drove it on a flat tire. I want to inform you that I signed it without knowing the reason because I was not told what was written there.
Moreover, the gentleman who came took me to the parking lot and then tried to force another service to come because they were calling to fix my tire there but I refused countless times because I had coverage to my home I only had 17 miles to my home and then when he saw that I was calling the insurance again he agreed to take me home I will also report to my insurance because they don't help people but take them to the ER
more than that I told him that more than 10 miles is not covered by my insurance even though I had coverage he was trying to make money off my back there in the parking lot

The AA driver was amazing! He was an absolute expert at his job.
Within 35 seconds, he was like a rocket! 🚀 I was shocked at how quickly he managed to get my key! 😀😀😀
I was going to give him some money as a tip, but before I even realised it, he had already left!
There is no point in calling a third-party locksmith. AA drivers can sort out all key-related issues!

Also don't Buy key Case from Amazon or Thamu....
Better to Go for original ..

Gary arrived and found the brake fault within minutes. He checked the system completely and what was wrong, illuminating the dash warning light was the electrical cable that monitors brake faults which was wearing through on the back of a tyre causing it to fault out and come on. So no long tow home which I was worried about, just a new cable fitted by a local garage. Holidays continues.

Tha AA guy told my wife that the battery was dead and wouldnt hold a charge, he offered to fit one from his van for £140 he was unaware i was home, I told her to decline as the price was steep, i asked him if it was the original ford battery (car is over 10 yrs old) he said to me that it was but after he left i inspected the battery and remembered that the wife actually had a new one fitted 18 months prior, we went straight to Halfords who kindly did a free battery check and revealed tge battery was fine and just needed charging, we boughta charger for £30 now its all sorted I feel let down regards the service and way my nieve wife was misled and on another day might well of bought the battery from him, do the AA patrol guys earn a commission do they have sales targets , thats how it felt, just a warning to get a second opinion if you can.

Thank you for the prompt service today, where I guess I was fortunate to have the puncture in a pub car park!

Your man's help was efficient and delivered in a polite and friendly fashion.

A new tyre will be fitted tomorrow!

Phone was answered quickly and I received verbal and digital confirmation that someone would be with me with the hour. The mechanic notified me as he was about to arrive. He (Callum) was efficient and polite and everything was sorted in 15 mins. Excellent service all round.

Excellent rapid response received from AA who quickly despatched Daniel to come to my assistance. Daniel soon identified the cause of the problem, advised me straight away, and went to get the replacement part, returned to fit the part and that solved the problem
