The latest rug that I ordered had a lot of ‘waves’ in it. I contacted Customer Service, and proceeded with all their advice. I then bought ‘corners’ to place under rug to keep it flat, I rolled the opposite way -on and on. I contacted Customer Service and said I would like a refund and I would send it back. I spoke to a nice gal, but never heard another word. I finally just donated the rug and obviously I am not happy.
