I have had my mixtiles for a while and wanted to move them in order to paint. They will NOT come off the wall without ripping out part of the drywall. Our walls are a mess and will take a good bit of repair before any painting can be done.

I honestly would like a refund for my photos :( the photos themselves are great quality! But there are marks, smudges, and scratches across all of the pictures. I already reached out once to have them replaced but they came back in similar condition. Not sure what to do

Best customer service I’ve dealt with
I received my package from Mixtiles and noticed a scuff on one of my frames. I sent an email to customer service informing them about the frame and their response was immediate and helpful. We were able to resolve the issue in the same day! I love Mixtiles for their work, but their customer service makes them that much better!

I love my poster print
I love my poster print, it turned out beautifully. The order process was easy, it arrived in sturdy packaging. My only surprise was the hanging process, with the stick-to-the-wall magnet & metal piece on the poster. I must have missed that in the description. I'd have preferred a normal hanging setup, only because I'm not sure what's going to happen to my wall if I ever try to remove the sticky piece.

The grass in my pictures looks yellow. The originals are vibrant green. I contacted Mixtiles and they reprinted the photos. But instead of the grass being the correct color, all of the pictures came back blurry! Not pleased with this product.
