Sent my sample in on a Monday and had results by Thursday, and the report was laid out so I could actually understand it. Quick DNA made it simple and I'd use them again.

Sent the test back. No results. I have asked them to refund or re-do it, they make me wait with some BS reason. I email every 2 weeks to ask where it's at, they keep telling me to wait. Just don't waste your money.

Very disappointed . I received the DNA test results, but there were not my results. I received someone's results. I did the test in December 2025. I got the results in January. A real Scam, there were not my results. I kept on sending this company messages asking them to send me my real DNA results. They always replied with the same questions about my kit number. I don't know how many messages I sent to them, giving them all the information. We are now in August 2026. Up to now no real DNA results have been sent to me. A lot money spent for nothing. Hopeless

keep your hands away from this webside, eventhough it is written you can return the test, I am still waiting for the form to get approved. I only get KI answers to my mails... Money just gone. This needs to get public

ok, this is a scam.

Dit a parenty test 'allready emotional to undertake'. I keep on asking for the results untill 6 months after the dna swaps. Today, still no results. I signed a paper to get my money back. But the best they can do is giving me worthless credits on their website account.

I lost my 120 euro's i should have known better.

But i cant get it how people can profit of the misery of others? Do they really don't care?

Complete and utter scam. I order a dog DNA kit and returned the sample over a year ago. All the follow up emails are the same pathetic response - checking. When asking for a refund, it is not permitted. Do not purchase anything from this website

Wish there was an option for negative 5 stars I still have not received my dna testing kit nor have I been refunded my money honestly disgusting that they think this is something to joke about let alone take one's hard earned cash!!!!

FRAUD! BIG SCAMMERS!
After many emails and after many months I finally received DNA results: a blank page! How can these scammers still be allowed to tricking everyone and making easy money?
They replied that they sent the results and that the problem was with my printer!
These people should go to jail for these kind of practises! SCAMMERS!!!

I did actually receive a test set which I used and sent back but I never received any results and they don´t reply to emails.
Use another company for your DNA tests.

They are a confirmed FRAUD.

I ordered a paternity test (order #QDPT4903WP), and they completely failed to deliver the services they advertise. The return envelope that was supposed to be included was missing, they refused to issue a refund, and they wouldn’t even provide a simple prepaid label so I could send the samples back.

This company claims to be headquartered in the United States — which is false. The kit was shipped from the Czech Republic, and I was instructed to send my samples to Vietnam, to an address that appears to be linked not to a laboratory, but to bicycle shops and repair businesses.

I went as far as filing a complaint with the Department of Justice in Delaware, the state where they allegedly have their headquarters — and the response was telling.

They confirmed that the company has no presence there, making it impossible to pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels.

Would you trust life-changing decisions to a company with this level of inconsistency and deception?

It seems to be a scam to me. I paid for a test, sent the samples, they received nearly 2 months ago now. I keep getting the same responses back but no results. They say a 72 hour turn around, ah but that's not once receives, that's once registed on their system. They received my sample on 29th January, still not registered on their system. Don't buy from this company it's probably a scam or at best certainly not efficient!

They never sent back any result. It is a total SCAM.

At best a scam, at worst a data farm. Received results very late after multiple requests by email and on the phone, on a simple one pager and send via email, unencrypted, unprotected !!! After I complained several time. The results did not look professional and let me doubt this was my test results to begin with. I have formulated a request for data deletion, has never been answered. They are slow, service client is a catastrophe and services are doubtful. Fishy, scamy, all the -y apply. Stay away from this and any DNA services not under EU jurisdiction.

Wrong test was sent. Only automated answers. Very bad experience.

I didn't receive a complete set, had to send numerous messages, and finally got a response. I was supposed to receive a new return envelope, but it never arrived.
My request to cancel or exchange the product went unanswered. I actually bought this set for nothing. I never got to test it!

Paid for a DNA test, but the service was never delivered. I never received any DNA results. The only thing sent was a test vial, with no analysis and no follow-up.

Since 15-11-2025 I have been trying to resolve this. After 34+ emails, the company repeatedly claims that:

new packages were sent (they were not), and
a refund form was emailed to me (it never arrived).

Email communication clearly works — they contact me without issue and even include graphical content — yet the alleged refund form is never actually received. Alternative delivery methods were refused, making the refund process impossible to complete in practice.

Bottom line: service not rendered, refund structurally blocked. Proceed with caution.
