The ordered and paid product never arrived and after 1 months they don't want to pay back my money instead just offering shopping voucher or new delivery. They are completely against EU consumer protection laws. I don't recommend you to trust them and pay in advance.

Here is the specific response from their customer service in my case:

"We understand that you would like a refund, but unfortunately we are unable to change the terms of our refund policy."

They are stating in writing that their internal policy overrides EU law.
I have no choice but to take legal action.

I recommend this seller to everyone. It was simple, easy and correct from the order to delivery.

It is a scam for sure. I bought 5L oil that never arrived. I complain about it and they send me a voucher. I got another 5L with the voucher. They said I had to pay the delivery costs. I did. They keep saying that the transfer didn't went through.
Worst site ever to buy Oil from.

Product was delivered in rapide time and without any hassle. The oil is thinner than my previous need oil product but it was a fraction of the price but if it does the same job on my plants I will be delighted and will write another review in 3 months time once I have evaluated the quality.

After sending a rotten Avo oil, after saying that were sending another oil that I could choose, than saying they have changed rules at this very moment, they said they were sending a Voucher with the amount to spend whenever, never arrived!

My experience with this company has been very disappointing.

I received an oil that was completely clear and odourless, which was very different from what I expected. For this reason, I requested technical information to identify exactly what product I had received.

The company itself confirmed in writing that it could provide details about the formulation of my batch. However, this information was never provided.

In addition, they initially confirmed that they would accept the return, but later changed their position and refused to accept it.

After reading other customer reviews, I found several people describing experiences very similar to mine, which increased my concerns even further.

I would not recommend buying from this company.

Recibí un aceite completamente transparente y sin olor, muy diferente de las características que esperaba. Por ello solicité información técnica para poder identificar exactamente qué producto había recibido.

La propia empresa me confirmó por escrito que podía facilitar información sobre la formulación de mi lote. Sin embargo, esa información nunca fue proporcionada.

Además, primero me confirmaron que aceptarían la devolución y posteriormente cambiaron de criterio y rechazaron el retorno del producto.

Tras leer otras opiniones de clientes, encontré varias experiencias muy similares a la mía, lo que aumentó todavía más mi preocupación.

No recomendaría comprar en esta empresa.

I am extremely annoyed and disappointed with this company. I ordered four different types of oils, all with very strong scents, and should be very recognisable, garlic oil, neem oil, tea tree oil and oregano oil. Non of what I received are recognisable as what they should be. All oil is the same, with no distinguishing smell, colour, or concentration. The customer service is non existent. They failed to address any of the issues I reported. Also, it states on the home page of their website that they offer a full refund if the customer is nit entirely happy, which they don't. They offer replacement oil, or a credit note, but it's up to the customer to pay for the return which was going to cost me over €50.00. Such a scam.

No Star would be correct! I ordered tee tea oil, what I got was vegetable oil!! Careful, it’s a scam. Company doesn’t want to refund as stated (money back guarantee). Am getting legal support.

SCAM! I wish I could give 0 stars. I have ordered 5 different oils, avocado oil (smelled wrong and tasted terrible, I have let them know but i had to get rid of all 25L) also the sandelwood, jojoba, moringa, castor oil did not have any scent nor color at all, it is just sunflowerseed oil with a percentage of something added to it. i asked chatgtp and he confirmed to not trust this company. You get a refund in store credit so waste of time and money.

Ordered two items and they came well packaged and fast delivery. The customer service is brilliant. Five stars all day long
