This whole process was really smooth and not difficult by any means. I just received my ring 3 days before the original arrival date. It is perfect and looks exactly how I designed it! Very nice packaging as well with a hand written note. The 3D model that shows the ring when I was designing it was very useful to see all angles of the ring, which was great. Couldn't be happier with this company and all their help. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and perfect custom ring.
