I purchased loose exotic cut (Dutch marquise & step-cut kite) stones from Raad, and sent them back for a custom rIng. The renderings were close and we tweaked them until they were perfect. My ring is exactly what I wanted, a 4mm comfort-fit white gold band with beautiful sparkling diamonds. The communication was via email & half down payment to start, which was fair. I’ve been quite impressed with all the work I’ve had with Raad Jewelers. Very personalized & high quality. Oh, and the box?!! The presentation box is stunning too!

I want to thank Peter , he took the time and had the patience with me to make a final decision on the custom piece I had made !! And it couldn’t have turned out better! I have also bought other ring and necklaces that are stunning. 100/10 recommends. Prices are so reasonable to make your dreams come alive!

Owner is a 🐍 very arrogant loves to do double standards just because he’s “in charge”. Never make a mistake with him, especially if you’re an employee he will degrade you and turn on you to prove he’s lil man, but he can make mistakes on a daily basis. Can’t even trust this man to send you the correct employee paystub. 😩 0/10 you’re better off getting jewelry anywhere else maybe a bigger corporation so you know it’s fully insured for life, if this personal own business closes at any time all of that peace of mind is gone. 🙏🏼
