I have been in touch a few times in regard to the products I ordered and the guy handling it requested a picture of what we required which I sent he then recommended the correct battery type which was great.. but when I asked how the process worked to return and be credited for the original purchase he went silent to the point I reordered the correct battery which has arrived but no communication about returning the wrong product or crediting my card or nothing… the after sales service is unreal it’s sell the product and forget about the customer.. I have now bought 4 batteries and paid for them of which two are wrong and need returned and myself reimbursed.. simple business but no one wants to know … not impressed I just hope this sparks a reaction.. thanks
