Delivery disappointment, look elsewhere
Based on their advertising, I expected a customer focused experience. After ordering a dishwasher, I paid for a specific delivery slot and spent the day at home waiting. I followed the order on your tracker, only for it to suddenly show ‘complete’. Suggesting you’ve delivered it at somebody else else’s house. Your driver won’t return the call, your customer service is non-existent. What an absolute disappointment of a company and I would advise anybody to use Amazon or curries instead of AO.

Poor communication and none delivery
Delivery was confirmed and due on a day but never arrived and we were not contacted with an explanation as to what had happened which is really poor customer service.It was left to us to contact the company the next day to sort this out.
