We LOVE the flavored toothpaste in our household. My husband and I are fighting over the last bits of all the fun flavors and we can or wait for the hopeful re-release of some of the fun ones we grew to love like passion fruit, yuzu, peach ice tea, the list goes on and on. We also adore trying out all the wild flavors they come up with in between! Truly the best !!

new toothbrush heads don't indicate whatsoever what toothbrush they're fit for. my miffy toothbrush is only 1 year old. i went to buy new heads and they only had the pink and blue ones. they don't fit. £10 wasted AND a whole electric toothbrush wasted. plastic crap!

Sent me the wrong item which was more expensive and emailed them twice which I totally ignored - raised a case with PayPal in the end! Shocking customer service.

I purchased the powder and whitening strips and have used as directed for the last month and once again they didnt work on whitening my teeth at all.
Dont waste your money by purchasing

Shame I didn’t read the reviews before ordering. 5 days and they’re apparently still preparing my order. Absolute sham of a company. Do not use them, I certainly won’t be using them again.

Ive was fed up with my teeth being sensitive and hurting and felt very loose like was going to snap so i watched a tonne of revoews on tictock and bought some tooth armour all o cam say after using it once the sensitivity was gone my teeth feel gone its like magic i feel good and highly reccomend to everyone

I Love this toothpaste! As an ADHD adult, self care can be Very difficult! But having so many options of flavor, I never get bored and always want to brush!

So i seen the Hismile add for their Tooth armour and it stayed in my mind for weeks, then it came up again and I thought bugger it im going to try it, I have broken and cracked teeth that CONSTANTLY hurt when I eat. I ordered I and it came, within 1 use of just adding 2 drops on my toothbrush with my normal toothepaste I felt a difference it drastically reduced my pain to the point I can even eat a STEAK!!! I have already recommended it to my friends who have sore teeth and gums.

If you are thinking about the Hismile TOOTH ARMOUR please do it, itll help and it tastes ok too.

I have ordered the tooth paste online a few times and purchased from my local chemist many times, it's perfect for my kids especially my autistic boy who doesn't like the mint flavoured toothpaste. I recently purchased 2x of the new mouthwash and although I'm not a massive fan of the flavour the way my morning breath has calmed down and my mouth feels fresh all day is amazing I have recommended this too many friends and family already and will continue to do so! I'm already planning on my next buy and I'm excited to continue using this product!!

I’m located in Canada & ordered off the Canadian website. In the past, it would take almost a month to receive orders from Australia (they ship via Australia Post), but this order surprisingly arrived in 2 weeks.

I was offered a redemption code so I could try the new Tooth Armour nano-hydroxyapatite serum. Packaging was a bit smaller than expected but it notes you only need to use a few drops on its own or as an add-on to your toothpaste.

Used on its own, the consistency is very light and liquidy with a faint mint taste and subtle sweetness.

Used with mint whitening toothpaste, it did not impact flavor at all. I’m not sure how it would fare with some of Hismile’s fruit flavored toothpastes.

Could be my imagination but teeth felt a bit smoother than usual after using the Tooth Armour. While CAD pricing seems a bit high considering the small glass bottle you get, the precision dropper allows for accurate amounts & as you only use a few drops, I can see a bottle lasting close to a month which makes the pricing seem a bit more reasonable.

While I just received my order last week & have only been using Tooth Armour for a few days, I feel confident enough that this serum is actually working & has the added benefits as noted on packaging when combined with a good quality whitening toothpaste (I prefer using it as an add-on vs on its own). Worth a try if you’re interested.

My only complaint is I wish Hismile had a shipping warehouse in Canada or USA so shipments would arrive faster, but I’m still glad to see shipping times from Australia have improved to 2 weeks vs 1 month. Did not run into any issues with this order.

Ordered from tiktok, showing videos of pulling bad brown gunk from mouth. I took the video and doesn't do anything except treats it like regular mouthwash that you can buy if for $5. They inflate the price and market it on sale for half price. 2 stars for good taste and feeling. Wouldn't spend it for what I paid for again.

I ordered one of there electric toothbrushes its amazing. Very quick delivery too.

Been using Tooth Armour Toothpaste Serum for couple of months. It is really good. Helps with sensitivity teeth.

Been using the iD Stain Whitening Mouthwash for a few months now. And it helps removed the gunk after I brush.

Doesn't work. £20 for nothing. Don't waste your money.

Worst for communication and using amazon to deliver my package which never came such a shame but this company sucks

This review is purely about Hismiles customer service.

I am yet to try the products I purchased. But I wanted to give praise to the Customer Experience team - specially: Miller.

I ordered a couple of items I wanted to try. The mouth wash and enamel serum.

I expected a delivery on the 6 June. The product was being delivered through Amazon. I received the normal tracking emails and then one confirming delivery. Went out to find the parcel only for it to be no where in sight.
We search the property as we live rurally and there were no packages. We checked with neighbours, no parcel.
We then decided to check our security footage for the delivery. No evidence of an Amazon driver being on site.

I was forced to contact Hismile directly as the Amazon services claimed there was nothing further they could do as their records showed the delivery was made: no photo evidence, pin drop on a map showed the parcel in a field (field checked, no evidence of a parcel).

Once connected to the Customer Experience team I felt that I was listened to and not ignored. I explained all that had transpired and that I had already contacted Amazon for assistance, Miller immediately arranged another dispatch of the items and they were delivery to a family address which is less rural with a successfully delivery within 48 hours.

I was very disappointed in the failed delivery as we have had no issues with receiving items from Amazon previously and other couriers. But Miller completely changed my opinion of the situation and I look forward to trying the products I ordered.

I’ve been using the mouthwash for 3 weeks and omg what a awesome product!
I thought my mouth was clean I do the usual brush 2 times a day, floss and used other brand name mouthwash. Until I tried hismile I will never go back. What’s difference.
