It's a sham no results been using for 8 weeks nothing happen. Just take money and sit back and watch how is customers get scammed

How been using glow drops for a little while now and still see no difference in my skin. I’m so pale I could get moon burn so though I would at least notice even the slightest shift in my skin tone but absolutely nothing. The flavour wasn’t great and left an unpleasant texture in my mouth but I could have at least put up with that is I had seen some kind of results. I Wouldn't recommend.

Love this product I've spent my life being so white I'd almost pass for grey I've started on the glow up drops and can see a difference after a few weeks so I've ordered and just received my next batch but upgraded to the sun kissed drops Can't wait to see how I go on those 😃

The issue with these types of sales are they play on people in need ... Its impossible for folk to take advice from others, everyone needs to try for themselves.

Its a scam, there is no tan going to magically appear, once youve taken 3 months they made their money from you ..

I bought 3 bottles thinking i would be full of color but it does not work ...

I know you have to try to believe ... thats the way it makes them such a high amount from buyers.

Shame your going to loose so much money.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is a total scam! Took forever to receive our order. When we tried it, it was a mess to use, the only color change we saw was on our fingers from handling the bottle. They will not give a refund since we used the product and since we didn’t have the original packaging. How do you know if the product works without using it, and who keeps the packaging! That’s probably why they take so long to ship, they probably count those days in the 30 day return policy. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

They arrived safely, nice flavor 😋 👌 very happy with results

The transaction was efflortless and even when they emailed to say they couldn't send to my home address I entered my work address and the product was delivered to there in great condition. Jessy made the whole process seamless and checked with me to make sure my product had turned up and I am happy with the product. They sent me regular emails to let me know where my product was progressing with delivery. I will definately be continuing to use this product and company.

This is a rip off! Did nothing! Don’t waste your $$! I’ve requested a refund 3 times. No one responds. They won’t refund my $ as promised!!!!.

I ordered over a week ago. The marketing said it ships that day if ordered before midday so I would have expected it to be on its way by now. Tracking info still says label created. I can only assume it’s still sitting in the warehouse. 2 emails to customer service and no reply yet. I’m thinking I’ve wasted my money. I hope not.

I had such a wonderful experience with GlowDrop and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

There was an issue with my delivery due to an address mistake on my end and I was worried about what would happen to my order. From the moment I contacted GlowDrop, Lez was absolutely incredible. She was so kind, helpful, understanding and responsive throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and that my order eventually arrived safely.

The customer service I received was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced. Lez kept me updated, made the whole process so much less stressful and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer.

My order has now arrived safely and I couldn’t be happier. A huge thank you to Lez for all of her amazing help and for providing such exceptional customer service! 💗

Sharmaine was great with answering all questions I had on the order. Just received my sun-kissed glowdrop and can’t wait to see the difference!

I'm halfway through my second bottle of Glowdrop and taking it every day for approximately 5 - 6 weeks with absolutely no change to skin colour. Rather disappointing result

Lez provided amazing service when I was concerned about my delivery status ,& it arrived sooner than I expected . I am throughly excited for the results. The taste is incredible & packaging is a 10/10!

My experience with this company has been absolutely awful. Please do not waste your money with them.
I placed an order on 4th August and it was ‘delivered’ on the 13th except Royal Mail had delivered to a completely different address 6 miles away.
Contacted RM and GlowDrop. RM vaguely helpful (although still not sure how it ended up at the wrong address) and said they would go get my parcel back - like I’d want to accept something that had been in someone else’s possession for over a week.

Glowdrop customer service has been ABYSMAL. They tried blaming me for providing the wrong address (which I didn’t), tried confirming that it had been delivered to me (photo was NOT of my house), I asked for a refund or replacement and it just went back and forth with what seemed like a bot called Jane. Every time they contacted me they totally ignored my request to be refunded the £27 for an item I had not received. They tried asking me to call the police - like they’d be interested.

In the end I did a chargeback with my bank who gave me my money back immediately and have sorted things with glowdrop.

Don’t waste your time or money.

Chinese item, posted from China. I have waited 3 weeks for my product and it still hasnt arrived. The package sat at their warehouse for over 6 days "waiting to be collected" and only when I told the company I wanted a refund it was suddenly already in shipment and couldnt be refunded. 2 weeks later and my item is still in transit. I have had 3 shein order delievered in this time. Talking to their customer service team is also out of the question as with the time difference they will only email you after 730pm NSW times and they are only breif responses basically telling you how good their product is and not answering any questions you have for them. When I requested a refund they stopped responding to me all together. Couldnt tell you how the product is as 3 weeks later its still sitting at customs according to there courier page

The product works. I've taken a little over 2 dropper fulls in my morning coffee and I definitely notice a difference. Maybe some people need to use just a little more as I see people say it doesn't work but it does. I'm starting on my 2nd bottle and I don't look pale anymore. Very happy.

Customer service is out of this world awesome and Hanna was absolutely amazing in making sure I was took care of I will be ordering again and again so thank you Hanna for all your customer service

I sent a email because I was concerned about not receiving my Glow Drop it seemed to be Stuck for days in 1 state. I sent a email about my concern and to my surprise Lez responded to my email within a half hour Lez responded. He sent a tracking link that I was able to see actual time. I’ve had a couple of days. Starting to use Glow Drops. I have a wedding 9/12 and I am so white I need a glow. I’ve had a few more emails with Lez I told him I will let him know how it turned out. LEZ is the greatest

I love these drops taste yummy, I take them in my morning juice taste lovely in natural water too, I got the medium (middle one) definitely can notice a difference already in my colour more on my upper body then my legs. I've been taking it for 2 weeks now. Hannah was fantastic helping me checking on my order etc speedy reply to my emails an excellent customer services rep. I'll definitely be ordering the darker one to see how my skin takes it. Thank you x

I had no idea you ingest it. I went to the hospital and was told and could not return it. If anyone considers ingesting unknown substances is crazy.
